A Girl with no Name

I do not have a name yet. This will be a long battle. Adal and I have very different opinions on what a "nice" name sounds like. I'm trying to be open-minded, so this will take a while (I know EXACTLY how that sounded). We ARE getting somewhere though.

I'm not giving anything away though!I continue to feel fine, although today I'm so hungry I could eat a few more times. I looked at my lunch and immediately knew I would not be satisfied. Lo and behold here I sit very hungry indeed. I'm trying very hard to control the portions, but I'M HUNGRY and it's not going away with yogurt or a banana. This is the carb rich food hunger, where you can eat a slice of lasagne or a bowl of rice and beans. I might have to stop at the drive thru and get a snack. mmmm... food...

The endocrinologist told me Monday that no changes to the insulin doses are necessary for now. But he did say that as the pregnancy progresses they will have to increase the dose. Apparently this is very normal and they expect it to happen. I've gained 5.7 lbs. Maybe a little more than I expected but still not bad for almost 5 months.

Sypmtoms: very little. I get very sleepy driving back from work, and usually spend the whole hour on my cell just to have someone talk to me. I have gotten very picky with my food. To the point where Adal doesn't know what to cook me anymore. I tell him his guess is as good as mine, since I usually don't know if I'll eat something until I smell it or taste it.

I've promised myself to get started soon on the registry, as 5 months is pretty much along. I don't know yet if it will be C-section or normal birth but I HOPE TO GOD IT DOESN'T HURT! Maybe the C-section with lots of anesthesia is a good option for me...
